What's the Best Computer and/or Laptop for 3d Modeling and BIM ...

What a difference. . . .since no i7 level chips are out for laptops, and laptop ram (in any configuration over 4GB) would be prohibitively expensive, I'd suggest the two-system solution mentioned above.
